our marriage isnt working out... i just really want to know if there are any fees...or if we need to go together.. or what is it that i need to do to get it annuled??

Go to same place you went to to get the licence and ask them or call first.

I dont think you can get it annulled just because it is not working out for you... Talk with a lawyer and see what they have to say about this... More then likely you will have to file for divorce if you are not open to working at it and trying to save the marriage.

You can get paper work done by a paralegal for "Annulment". But you need to move quickly, because a marriage under six months can get annuled, like it never existed.

You can only get a marriage anulled withing 30 days. You have to file for divorce at this point!
