There should be a phone number on the card that you can call from any phone. I do not know if Nokia's number would be toll free or not.

If you go to menu and scroll down there should be an option that says minutes or credit or something like that. If you select it, it should tell you right on your phone how much you have left.

Which network it is on? Each network has a different code to dial that will display the amount remaining. The call is usually free!
