I don't think he deserves to be out. At 11 you know right from wrong.

who of us can honestly say we are the same person now as we were when we were 11, and haven't learnt anything since? besides, with a child that young and you have to look more at the tree than the apple. his parents were violent drug dealers, so if thats all he knew, its not surprising what happened. lets just hope prison did a better job of raising him than his parents. he was just a child, formed into a monster by terrible circumstances. in a sad way, everyone is a victim here.

10 years fro murder? I have seen people get less. He served his time. That SHOULD be the end of the matter. Once a person ahs served their sentence nothing else should be done or said about the incident, EVER. Especially somehting done by someone that the law doesn't consider capable of fully comprehending the issues involved.

I think that at 10, no child has reached the age of accountability. They are still able to be rehabilitated. Prison was probably NOT the answer. He needed mental help. This is a very sad story. Everyone loses.
