Not much you could do in an hour but:
I would want to have the power to come back from the dead-just so I could check out the other side.
Or, maybe the ability to move at the speed of thought. That way I could see if there is anything out there in this galaxy and beyond worth looking at.

IF I had a ton of super powers like Superman for just one hour I'd go back in time and make sure the events of '9/11' never occured.

The power to stop time and then my power would not last only and hour but for a lifetime.
Then I would be able to do anything I wanted regardless.
