Hollywood stars are always under the spotlight even in their private life. Should they accept it as part of their job? Or is it a form of abuse towards them, not respecting their humanity and privacy?

Its abuse, i mean paparazzi is a fancy name for a group of stalkers that need medication. Just beacuse the public shells out hundreds of thousands of dollars to be like and see these people dosen't mean that the public owns them. there should be better laws to protect these peopl.e I've witnessed the "paparazzi's tactics" its abuse. If a normal persoon was treated like that they could sue or they'd be entitled to a restraining order.it can work to their advantage in the case of brad pitt and angelina jolie (and other couples with newborns)they made a few million with the pics of their newborn...but it has to be frustrating!! I think the sanest thing that tom cruise and katie holmes did was wait 6 weeks until people saw ther child.I would never want tp be THAT famous. I guess the celebs roll with the punches ..as an occupational hazard.

I'm kind of the mind that its part of the job.. they wanted to be celebs, they wanted to be stars.., they wanted to be public figures, They want the big bucks, it goes with the territory to a degree. Without all that interest and popularity, they would just be some other obscure actor doing community theatre in Podunk City Nebraska (notice those guys never have this problem?)

Now I do think some of the "stalker" photographers go overboard sometimes (to the point of being criminal) And some (alledged) journalists go overboard to the point of being in poor taste) But ya have to take the bad with the good.

If it disturbes them that much, perhaps they should get a job flipping burgers at McDonalds. It dosent seem that most actors really have a problem with this.. just a select few ,and most of them seem to be problem children anyway to tell the truth.. they bring a lot of it on themselves it seems.

I think it is funny that they expect privacy and live near hollywood. It would become much less economical to follow celbrities if they weren't all in the same place.

Accept it,
If you PUT yourself in the publics eye, then don't be suprised if you ARE in the publics eye.
