Do You know this 90s Arcade Action game??

Question

Ok so its a game like 10 years ago i guess,
(you) the character could hit the enemies by "charging" the arms and fists (with some fire?) and then it said "hah!" and punched

i remember one Boss was an Helicopter, o Chopper, and i think maybe some important character was inside you had to rescue it?
i remember also a Stage, where the enemies used large "bo" sticks and jumped
and in another stage maybe some ninjas also...runnin in woods?...

i know all of this can apply to many games but if someone knows all the things im telling here..and know the game ..maybe they know what im talking about

I concure with the others that say Double Dragon.

Actually, I think it WAS Bad Dudes. The "charging" punch was a staple move of that game, and your character did say "hah" when he powered up (there weren't any "charging" moves in either of the first two Double Dragons - not sure about DD3). I don't remember a stage in Bad Dudes with bo stick armed enemies, but I do remember a very annoying boss character who jumped around with a bo stick, maybe at the end of stage 6 or stage 7. The woods stage was stage 4, and yes there were ninjas running around (like there were in all the stages). You didn't have to fight a helicopter (that was the game "Shinobi"), but the last boss, the Dragonninja, stood on the runner of a helicopter while you fought him, and the helicopter *was* carrying a very important person: the President of the United States!

i did not somewhat play arcade video games yet I loved the Dizzy the egg video games that were on the Amstrad computers and also you had to load them from cassette tapes so that you'll't get a lot more effective unfashionable than that.

I remember that too! Its a 2d scroller. I'm thinking it had to be one of the double dragons... God that was a cool game. But it's not bad dudes, that game had the cobra commander looking grunts. Good question!

I played games from 10 years ago, but i think the game you are talking about is "Bad Boys" (I remember it started with a word Bad, so its Bad Boys).
