Just shooting from memory here:
A Big Mac is somewhere near 480 calories. Assuming that you weigh somewhere near 150 pounds, you burn about 11 calories a minute walking. Therefore, that comes out to about 44 minutes walking just to metabolize the Big Mac. Calorie consumption varies directly with how much you weigh, so figure that in, too. I don't know how long your stride is, so there is no accurate way to say how many steps that is.
Added later: I just checked the McDonalds web site. A Big Mac is 540 calories. At 11 calories per minute, that is 49 minutes walking. Ooops! Large fries is another 570 calories. Happy walking. Don't forget to stay hydrated. I hope you got Diet Coke with that. Or water.
Added much later: Just for fun, When I went to the gym today, I decided to do an hour on the elliptic track and see how close I could come to metabolizing the 1110 total calories in this meal. I weigh 185 pounds, and in 60 minutes, I did 6.1 miles and 1126 calories. I thought I had just barely done it - unless you had ketchup on your fries. That's another 15 calories per packet. Bummer. The link below is the McDonalds web site listing nutritional info for their entire menu.

576 calories for JUST the Big Mac.
This will vary depending on the individual, speed walked, terrain, etc. An average is 100 calories per mile.
It depends on your weight.

that depends on your speed and angle. If u are in a regular walking, on a flat surface, it will take a LLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNGGGG time. Go get a subway, man!! their healthier. (No, I promise, I do not work for Subway. Swear to God.)
