Absolutely! Especially if no form of protection was used. Sperm can live in the mucus of your vagina for up to 7 days! (EWWW!) It's possible, some women even get pregnant DURING their period. It's best to use a condom and/or birth control for the best protection!

I got pregnant on the 3rd day of my period (my period lasts for 4 days) but i miscarried at 5 weeks so yes i would say it is possible.
