I have revolved this question in my mind, off and on for sometime. Why does our Government USA (communist) feel necessary to have a finger in every other countries policy, and when the country rejects their ideas, Amerca views them as an enemy, of the nation and world. Look at all the laws that are being pushed through here, everday we lose a little more of our rights, and fall deeper into a hole by ourselves.Distancing ourselves from other countries, who in a whole could kill our economy. Our government says we are free, we can do whatever you want here, but you cant do this, this, and oh yeah we are pasing a law so you really can't do this anymore. Then they turn and try say we are the freeest country in the world, how so. Look at the news and watch as these people take our rights away?

The desire for power is a sickness that infects most if not all politicians.
Consider that it is against the law to attempt suicide, but the state maintains it has the right to execute (and now torture too) you at will.
That is control not concern for the country.
I see the bottom feeders are taking the bait today.

1.) Our government is not run under a communist party.
2.) We never butted into anybodies policy. We allowed Saddam to do his horrible things. We didn't care until we were attacked on September 11. If that wasn't enough reason to but into peoples policies, nothing is.
3.) They're the enemy because they reject the idea of democracy and support terrorism, not because they 'rejected the ideas of the mighty USA'.
4.) What right have you lost?
5.) We distance ourselves politically, not economically. It's called free-trade.
6.) "Free country" doesn't mean you can do whatever you want. There needs to be laws and regulations. Otherwise this country would be a war inside itself.
7.) We're the "freeest" country in the world because you can be Gay without getting your head chopped off, can worship any God (or none at all) without getting whipped, can post this very post you are posting without getting shot, and you yourself have a voice in our country if you were to run for political reasons.
8.) I'm sure the news would like you to believe your rights are getting butchered left and right, but that's far from the truth.

Seems you are a little upset. No country is perfect and nobody has peace. It is in human nature to be flawed. America I think has gotten very close and well always strive to get closer to being the best that it can be. Yes we have problems but what are your ideas to fix them? It is really easy to point a finger at the government and say that they are not doing enough to make my life better. Well the bottom line is that if you don't like it then get out or figure out a way to change it. Go and live somewhere else for awhile and see if America is so bad. And thank a solider for protecting the freedoms you have such as this one, freedom of speech.

Yes a rant, not a question. You are wrong wrong wrong. Why do millions of immigrants (legal) come to this country every year? And also, what rights have you lost? Of course we have laws, duh! This is not anarchy. Freedom does not mean you can do whatever you want. Read the link, learn about democracy and a democratic society. It's brief, but should help you understand what kind of society you live in. As far as your rant on what the position of the US is in the world, please, wake up! Read some history. US is not evil. It is protrayed that way by enemies of freedom and democracy! This is not communism, here in the USA, far from it.
THE PILLARS OF DEMOCRACY
Sovereignty of the people.
Government based upon consent of the governed.
Majority rule.
Minority rights.
Guarantee of basic human rights.
Free and fair elections.
Equality before the law.
Due process of law.
Constitutional limits on government.
Social, economic, and political pluralism.
Values of tolerance, pragmatism, cooperation, and compromise.

I doubt the American government has even given this a thought. Maybe you should be more worried about this obsession of yours.

Notice how most can't deal with questions like this (about self)?Ultimately it has to do with "show me the money", war is never fought for humanitarian reasons it comes to money.

Name one right you have lost! Feel free to educate yourself about what the US is really doing abroad instead of swallowing every left wing talking point that comes across CNN. What they're doing is protecting your right to be an idiot.

Its about money. If they destroy peoples lives in the process,oh well!
Only in America can you have such a parrot-conservative base that belligerently defends the conservatives raping this and every other country.
