The other's are only half right. Just went through pregnancy myself. (first girl after two boys) There is no definite way but you can increases your chances by buying an ovulation kit and conceiving after the first 12 hours of your cycle. Like one of the other poster's said, sperm which carry the X chromosome (girl) are stronger than sperm carrying the Y chromosome (boy). It's called the 0+12 method. Check out this website:

They can tell you to have sex a few days before ovulation and that you are more likely to get a girl than a boy because the girl sperm live longer than the boy sperm and the alot of the boy sperm will die off before you ovulate But...there really is no way. I have 3 boys and am finally pregnant with our first daughter. So its just all a 50/50 chance

after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

There are several books that have been published claiming to give ways that you can produce a girl/boy. Try one of these, or just hope for the best!

Well, there are loads, but the only one I remember is that if you concieve when your guy is drunk, the female sperm have a better chance of getting to the egg first. I can't remember why though.

There is a 100% of ending up with a girl if you adopt!
Really, if you know you want a girl then go and adopt a baby girl. There are millions of little girls needing parents who want them and will love them.

u have to find out when u ovulate and have sex up to three days before ovulation because the girl sperm live longer and will still be around when you ovulate. the boy sperm swim faster and die faster so the closer you have intercourse to ovulation the more likely you will get a boy
