Possibly the drug laws.
Now, hear me out - I am not in favor of total legalization, but there should be some standard for those who smoke marijuana over other "harder" drugs.
Yet, one of the MOST unfair laws are those that apply to POOR people over RICH people.
Case-in-point: Florida Governor Jeb Bush and his druggie daughter, Noelle.
Having a rich, Republican daddy (who happens to be Governor) cover her rear helps a lot when she should have gotten the same sentence that less-fortunate drug addicts get.
Of course, I advocate rehabilitation over jail time.
But Gov. Bush cut funding for rehab.
Oh, well!
Must be nice to be rich!

I think laws targeting people who live in poverty are unfair. It is important that people have auto insurance in the States and I agree everyone should, but because it is sometimes the difference of food or housing it is not purchased. If they are stopped and caught it goes from there....
Another, is laws outlawing the personal use of Cannabis. It is a waste of Law Enforcement effort, and there are too many benefits to its decriminalization.

Our city has a law still on the books banning chickens from running at large. So that one is a little out-dated.
Currently, I think the cell phone while driving is stupid. I think people who are drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes are more of a danger. But I abide by even the stupid laws...and I don't allow my chickens to run at large.
