How do I raise the upper limit on a Honeywell Digital Aquastat?

and to what temperature? When it was replaced, I think it might have been set conservatively, but on cold, windy days, it takes a really long time for the house to get warm, something I don't remember in the past.

Look for the model number and search the Honeywell web site for it. You can probably find an on line owner's manual.
