Global warming is very real. This is not a cyclic climatic trend, the observed effects of greenhouse gas emmisions from human activity are simply undeniable. The earth's average temperature has risen 1 degree in the 20th c. The observed warming over the past 100 years is unlikely to be due to natural causes alone; it is unusual even in the context of the last 1,000 years. The greatest evidence lays in the rapidity of of the temperature shift and it's observed effects; that significant a change should have been observed over a period far greater than one century. Like several centuries at a minimum for this to be attributed to "natural causality".
Human activity including rapid deforestation and massive C02 emissions IS impacting the atmoshere. This is isn't some liberal issue, it's a human issue. SInce the industrial revolution our impact on the environment has been altering the balance of nature.
Anyone who continues to insist it isn't real is only doing so to preserve a politically motivated lie, and they bought into it. You serve no one but those who stand to profit from ignorance.

I am no fan at all of Nancy Pelosi, but I don't have the facts on global warming.
I have resigned myself to the idea that I never will have the facts - the issue, like gun control and abortion, is far too politicized.
We'll never get the whole story.

I love her... and in this one case, I would say that her understanding on Global issues (especially China) is intelligent and concise... China's pollution, is going to wipe out the entire planet before nuclear arms ever come into play. Then we won't have to worry about the Orange crop in California because their wont be any left to freeze...
No one can do anything about the weather yet... She is a politician not God. Like G.W. only believes he is...

The cold winter is related to el nino, not global warming. Global warming is the average temperature rising, not a few days or weeks out of the year.
Global warming is a myth anyway. Talk to a geologist. It's a natural cycle of the earth. She's just doing what's popular.
