Because it is so easy to hate. If something scares you or you don't understand. What is the easiest reaction? Hate. If you don't agree with someone's position or beliefs, what's the easiest thing to do? Hate. Instead of putting a bit of effort into understanding, trying to learn, people just hate, it takes less effort than learning and when you get a group together, all hating the same thing, it makes them feel like they belong. And generally, those who hate so much only become a part of something when they share that hate. Hate is irrational, and I don't care if it religious people hating atheists or atheists hating religious people. It is all so futile. And it closes your mind to learning, finding out more about the world around you. Instead of hating what you don't understand or disagree with, you should try to understand, discuss, be rational.
But, the bottom line is hate is so easy and requires no effort. It is the refuge of the lazy as well as the bigoted.

Their is and we all need to stop this and make it a more peaceful place to live. Its sad what this world is coming to. People are afraid of what they think is DIFFERENT! So they can't except and hate. We don't have to love each other just stop the hate.
Peace and Love.

Well, I think becouse we don't think the same and everybody thinks their religions or beliefs, etc. its the right one. There's also hate in the world becouse, ok imagine that i kick you, ok? You kick me back, the only thing we do is keep hitting the other one harder, that causes hate between me and you (only an example). That's what's happening between cultures.

IMO people take cues from their leaders. When we stop caring about others well-being and are only interested in what I can "Get", that is hateful. Fear generates Hate. Ingnorance too.

There is hate because we allow hate and we breed it within our own circles.
There is hate because instead of simply loving one another and being accepting we believe it is our place to judge and condemn.
There is hate because there is fear.
... there is hate because it is easier than putting effort forth to try and understand those around us.
Welcome to your world.

Just read some of your answers. the common sense reason is because people allow it, and they don't care. because they don't want to let people know they have emontions.
And they are afraid to be laughed out of town. just because they care. and no one bothers to try and stop it within themself. so they let it pass them by.
And because some always seem to say its not my problem. until it is in their face. and then they ask why, or how did this happen? And the most common sense answer is the parents. Its the parents who teach hate. so who's is to blame.? Is it you or them?

It's just life! I know that doesn't so much as answer a question but I doubt anyone knows the proper cause as there are so many factors which contribute to it being this way.

Because others refuse to accept the right of others to act as they wish and believe as they will so long as it is not harming someone else.
