I work for a physician for about a year and a half.. about 4mts into working i noticed my boss would grab my *** behind a patient i let it slide the first time and after asked him to stop, around the office he is always making sexual remarks to everyone! and he has a setup in the back of the office with a bed and shower it is a known fact he is sleeping with a few of the girls there and he has asked me on several occasions to do the same i did however end up having sex at one point because he would not leave me alone and I was a bit scared I would get fired... the other girls I work with as well always discuss sexual things with him as well like one day he asked one of them if they have ever given a ******** and she laughed and then explained about her new boyfirend and he told her to take a pic of his dick and bring it to him and he would tell her if he would satify her or not.. i want to turn him in but I am afraid and he won't leave me alone what should i do?

Wow! That is a problem. I would say go to a lawyer and fast. It would be intimidating but if everything is as you describe it could get really ugly really fast. Even though you did have sex with him--he is still using intimidation.
Good luck!

There is probably nothing you can do now since you have slept with him. That was a very bad mistake. Sexual harrassment is a very big thing. You can sue him over it and get him fired. Or could have. Since you had sex with him, he can say that it was a love affair gone wrong and that you were upset because he broke up with you or something along those lines. You can still try. Turn a grievance in. It would also be good if you can find another girl willing to testify against him. Don't go asking around because they may be on his side and go tell him. Chances are, if someone else is upset about it, they will come forward when you file the grievance. Write everything down that he has said and done. Keep documentation of everything. If you have a voice recorder or small video cam that you can catch him in the act would be great. Or you can just tell him that if he doesn't leave you alone, your going to turn him in. But that may make things worse for you at work being that he is your boss. Good luck.

Okay, first off...you should definitly report him. The fact that you did have sex with him will not help you at all...but any unwanted sexual harassment (whether you've slept with him in the past or not) is just that...harassment!

If your boss was pressuring you to have sex, and you feared that you would get fired if you didn't...that would have been my bomb right there!

Good luck!

Go and see the prosecuting attorney, or DA or whatever he's called, and press charges against this guy.

Oh, and go out and look for another job. You won't have this one for much longer.

i think that you should leave this job ASAP. DOn't even wait until you find another job, but yes, report him to the medical board in your state and if you are underage, then you should go straight to the police.

Sue him for sexual harrassment. If everything you've said it true you have a strong case.
