Hi! Yahoo's HotJob's can help put your resume together a bit- there is a section that helps you to build your resume online (which you can convert into a Word File w/ a simple copy and paste).
in Microsoft word, you can search for a resume template and a bunch come up, too. I"ve used this resource a couple of times. For wording- I've looked at job descriptions on "salary.com" for ideas.

There are several good resume template sites on the web. Not too many places will do it for free. I'm willing to take a look at it for you; I used to teach resume writing.

For formatting help: Word and WordPerfect have templates for resumes.
For information to put on a resume: go to any of the services that offer job postings (ie monster.com) and look at similar resumes in your field for suggestions.
