get a camera and take a picture of your genitals or have a friend do it so you can get all the perspectives and views right. Label the picture "Before "
Apply the oven cleaner to your genitals
When you got to the ER give the doctor that is going to surgically re-construct your nads the "Before " picture so he has a better idea of what they used to look like.
And no ,the new one won't be bigger

WHY????? most oven cleaners are alkali and will burn you if it comes in contact with you skin that's why you wear gloves to clean the oven.
