how to convince a counseler?

Okay, I took science pure (acedmic) and I really want to take biology AP (advanced placement) , so how can I concvince the counseller to do so. He is a very strict counseller.. and wouldnt allow it to happen in most cases. I really am willing to take this course and im ready to pull all night ups for this as necessary. And also does your english have to be really good to take biology ap. Please help me! ......my teacher dosen't reccomend me so anyone help!

If you can convince the AP teacher you can be recommended by him/her to the class. Good Luck!
