To aplogize for something you have done wrong?

Not easy at times, even with practice. Their is a selfish little boy in me that does not want to admit of being wrong. I really got a view of this poor lad when my daughter said to me in all honesty, "It isn't cute, Dad!" I realized how far off base I was and how to fix it. First, be aware of what your little person is saying inside you, and second, if you feel bad about something you said or where doing, apologize.
Apologizing is almost always understood and excepted with a good heart behind it, and amazingly, often the person will tell that there is no need to apologize.
However, that last statement by your friend or family member is really just an idiomatic response that means, "You are forgiven without need of further explanation because we are all subject to acting-out at times or misstating, venting or just plain whining."

Yeah because i know i did it wrong, so i know that i need to aplogize to that person and i feel like i have to since i did wrong to them

I used to be terrible at this. I consider it a flaw in my "being" if I did something wrong. But as I have gotten older (37), I have learned how to take responsibility for my actions that caused others harm. And that my actions are separate from who I am as a person.

Nope...I find it easy to apologize when I fully admit that I have done something wrong. However, it's harder to apologize for something that I am not sorry about in the slightest.

Depends how bad you have done wrong, but I've had to apologise so many times it's a piece fo cakle for moi ;)

Yes. Dragon is berry good at apologizing when she has misbehaved or done something wrong.

i think the hard part is accepting and admitting when you've been/done wrong and sometimes it is just as hard to say
you're sorry but well worth it and necessary for everyone involved.

Only if I have already convinced myself that I was wrong... I can be wrong and strong at times.
