Yes you will. Malaria is one of them. After malaria shots you are not supposed to be a blood donor for a year or so. They should tell you that up front.
By all means do not have sexual intercourse with out a condom over there unless you are in a committed relationship and have both been tested. Aids is a huge, huge, huge problem in Africa.

yes I am afraid you do. You need the yellow fever, cholera, typhoid, tetanus, hepatitis A, and polio vaccines. You also need malaria tablets which you take for a few weeks before you go, while you're there and after you come back. You need to check out the times for all of these at a tropical health centre or a travel centre that does vaccinations. You can get it done at some airports in advance. I strongly recommend Jungle formula as insect repellent. It is the best and you will need it. Have a great time.

you will need to make sure that the normal ones are up to date ie, tetnus, typhoid and diptheria ( these are given as boosters every 10 years ) but as long as you are not travelling anywhere else from Kenya then you shouldnt need anything else.
I only needed Yellow Fever as I was travelling onto the Seychelles. Depending on if you are doing a safari and where you are doing a safari depends on whether you need Malaria tablets. I did not need them for the Maasi Mara.
It is always best to ask your GP though as they know your medical history and each person is different.
Have a great Holiday as Kenya is beautiful

look on the health advice pages linked to the FCO.gov site for Kenya. Otherwise try NHS direct or go see your practice nurse at the surgery who will have the little booklet.
Dont leave it too late in case you need a series of injections.

I'm just back a couple of weeks, flew from UK and needed Malaria tablets, yellow fever (very important as you can't back out without it), tetanus, hepatitis & typhoid.
We were also advised to carry sterile syringe kits which you can get from the chemist incase anything happens to you as AIDS is rife and you can't rely on the hospitals etc not to transfer it.
Also, corruption is everywhere so don't wear jewellery and try not to look like a tourist as we were bribedat least three different times, mainly from the police who carry very big guns!!!
But don't worry just relax and enjoy it, it's a very, very beautiful and fascinating place.

I suspect you are trying to ask if you need inoculations before travelling to Kenya.
Go to your local Doctor's surgery. The receptionist should be able to give you a leaflet telling you all about this.
Failing that, try the Internet and get on the DHSS site. There will be information about safe travelling on there.
