Instead of following the advice above put yourself in that person's position for a second. Do you think that because this "internationally known person" is famous he/she therefore wants to talk to you? Do you feel that by investing your time, patience and probably even money in this person that means that you have some kind of right to contact the person and harrass them (or adulate them, it's exactly the same thing).
Leave whoever this person is alone, they'd be much happier not hearing from you. Again, have a think about it. Be nice and leave the person alone. If you really love them then you'd do that and you know it deep down.
