In my opinion?
I suppose I would have to say Trinity Blood.
Bleach is a good TV series and an even better manga, but it has been running for far over 200 manga chapters and a good amount of anime episodes (over 110) as well. I would be lying to say I don't like the characters, because I do! I really do love the characters a lot, but the story seems to follow a circle that goes like this: Ichigo fights strong enemy; Ichigo bleeds; Ichigo prevails.
While this does happen some in Trinity Blood, Abel isn't quite as infallible, and the series itself has beautiful graphics and a sort of charm I can't place, even though it only had 24 episodes to bring itself to a conclusion. It's open enough to ponder and closed enough to not leave people gaping in horror.
The series drags you into a very interesting world, and despite the flaws of Trinity Blood, it's a world I can't drag myself out of no matter how much I try.

I watch both Trinity Blood and Bleach and enjoy them both. But I like Bleach better.
Bleach has more depth and character development than Trinity Blood. As of yet, you don't know anything about Father Able in Trinity...and there doesn't seem to be much more to know about him other when the going gets tough...he can kick ***. It isn't a BAD anime but it isn't a great one either.
Bleach is much better...it has moments of humor, drama and action. It generally takes several episodes to unveil why something is. For example, Ichigo is a complex character...why doesn't he smile? Well, you find that out later as the series unfolds.
Yup...Bleach is better!

Bleach is way better more action, but i have to say that the graphics in Trinity Blood are top notch.

I would have to go with Bleach. It has a certain Je ne sais quois that Trinity Blood lacks.

I prefer Trinity Blood, not at least because the character designer Atsuko Nakajima is my favourite designer ^-^.
