im am fluent in stomachlish and if you translate the "growl" as you put it, it usually says this:
i be so hungry i needy the grubsy feeeeeeeeeed me me b so hungry i will have to eat your pancreas sooner or later yarggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
