Make sure your resume is for a specific job, not general. Look on yahoo yellow pages for companies in your field. Call and find out if they have openings and if you can fax over your resume and to who's attention. If they don't have an opening ask them if they know someone who does. Follow up with call to person you faxed to in 3-5 days

Good on ya, mate!
But here's the thing. We don't quite know what you need from us.
What you can do is sit and think for a while and decide what you want to do with your life. It's alright if you're looking to try different fields of work, but it obviously would be better if you picked a good line of work and stuck to it.
Once you've decided, draft your resume, send it out, and prep for the interviews.
There are alot of websites out there that will guide you through the whole process.
