Its different in every state but are you talking surgical or non surgical with the shot and pills? Non surgical has to be done pretty early, like by 9 weeks and where I live they do the surgical up to 24 weeks but I think that is terrible and way too late in pregnancy. Check some local places if that is what you are decided on but I know a few people who have had them and regreted it afterwards. Good luck!

I am not sure... but if I were you, I would seriously consider having the child and if you still dont want it, put it up for adoption. Its such a horrible thing to have an abortion. You may not think so now, but for the rest of your life you will have to live with killing your baby. Its not a good feeling.

9 months! Why F U C K and then kill your own baby? If you want to kill your child don't worry about legal restrictions, you've already crossed the biggest restriction, morality. So once you've got the evil will, there is an evil way.

it depends on the state your in some states it's 16 weeks and other states 24 but to be safe it really should be done in the first trimester

it's different in every state, I know in Virginia it is 14 weeks, and in North Carolina it is 20 weeks, you would have to call an abortion clinic in your state and ask.

Don't do it! But, if you really have to suck your BABY into a sink, why wait? They just take their vacuum and tear up the baby and flush it down the sink.
Don't report me for abuse since this is what happens. It isn't pretty but when is murder pretty? Adoption is much better!!!

16 weeks but you should never have an abortion that is murder no matter what you are going through there are always other better ways to deal with things then to kill your baby.
