its my daughters birthday, she is having a sleepover with 2 friends, we were going to see a movie, but there is nothing decent worth seeing, what are some ideas we can do to keep them occupied

You could get some pillowcases and fabric markers and let them decorate and personalize their own pillowcases. The manicure, pedicure, and makeover could be done after that, then enjoy some ice cream sundaes or some yummy snack of their choosing.

Paint each others finger/toe nails, rent a video or buy that new Twister dance game. Just make sure you've got a lot of junk food in the house.

let her choose something that will be for a while or not like going down town even and then we she gets back have food ready and elt them muck around doin what the y feel like theyll work it out

Are you kidding? Twelve year-old girls can usually sit for hours gabbing, giggling, snacking, giving each other manicures, pedicures, doing each other's hair, trying on clothes, etc. Somehow, I don't think you will need to worry, at least not if they are normal twelve year-old girls.
