Entertainers are the same as hotel animators. The child entertainer at a hotel is responsible to organize the pleasant stay of the kids, while through various games and activities ensures their fun. Main activities could be organizing Pool parties, drawing, competitions,doing some sport, etc..

Have movies sections, working sections (like working and life as a grown up), and buying sections.
Its like a tiny city for kids to work, buy, and have fun. life like grown ups but fun. Create a money system or rewards.
It will depend on ages, but a good idea.
