The carging port on my mobile snapped as i plugged it in to be charged. I rang t-mobile and they told me as it was 4 months old, they would repair it and i should take it to the shop i bought it from and they would send it off. after a couple of weeks they rang and told me that the broken part was not covered by the warranty and i would have to pay a charge, which i refused to do. They sent it back and now are still charging me for the contract, which i refuse to pay.
Now they say that it is down to the manufactuers to repair the phone and i should pay the bill. I say they should have said that in the first place, they made a verbal contract to fix the phone, and then broke that contract.
Who is reponsible for fixing the phone? T-mobile, the manufactuers or me?

Hmmm...I also have t-mobile I have the razor and I have had countless problems with the phone however when ever I call t-mobile they send me a new phone then I send them the broken phone.I don't have the INS on my phone because if it is going to brake it is going to brake with in the 1 year manufactures warrant.
I dropped my phone once and some guy a the phone place supper glued the dam thing and I sent ti back and t=mobile sent me a new phone...I think you just got a jurk and a ***...you should talk to a real person who knows what is going on.
Because if the phone is new you ....by law you have one year...no matter what brakes on the phone..water damage don't count.
When ever I called t-mo they never told me to take it back to the place where i got it from..I think that person you talked to is snowing you.LOOK IT UP YOU HAVE ONE YEAR...

Its obviously T mobile who is responsible...But do u have any insurance? Under any warranty, any damages should have been covered...including water damage...
