SNAKES..... I know Dr. Freud has a lot to say about that one, but snake are definitely my number one fear.......

I did slip on a banana peel when I was in 2nd grade and broke a new tooth.
about 12 years ago I suddenly developed an incredible fear of heights. I can't even watch a TV show that has scenes of great hieght. when I see someone parachuting on tv I actually have a mini panic attack. strangely enough, this horrible fear has no effect on me when flying. I love to fly.

I fear dying without having touched the world or one single human being. I fear that I will be forgotten as quickly as I die. I worry that will not have done anything meanwhile in this world while I'm here. I want to make an impression on at least one person.... I dont want to die realizing that i had done NOTHING with my life....

I really fear authority figures like the police. I don't know why but even if I'm doing anything wrong they freak me out.
I also fear, fear. I'm afraid of having a panic attack because mine can be really awful!

Ignorance. Blind faith. Mob mentality. Prejudice. Bigotry. Hatred. All of these are hallmarks of religion. I fear that passive acceptance of what people do in the name of religion will bring about a premature end to civilization as we know it, and derail all human potential for the future.

Being crushed. I freak out if my husband hugs me too tight for too long. He usually does it to get a laugh though. =( I have no idea why I have this fear it is ridiculous.
