I wonder why you are asking this, sounds like an unhappy mother here about to lay down the law.
Why not go to the relevent department that controls kindergardens and get the information from them rather than trying to compare apples with oranges.
Many kindergardens follow a basic pre school curriculum in socializing and expression.. If you are somehow dissatisfied with what you are seeing at a particular kindergarden consult with the staff or find another carer that suits your purpose

Let the kids play with fingerpaint and let them do little projects like"All About me"
