I ordered a shirt from wearyourbeer.com on Oct 25/06, and I still have not rec'd it. On my account with them (online) it says that they shipped it on November 29/06. I live in Canada and they are in the states, but it shouldn't take that long!!!

I have emailed them 3x asking them to track the package and let me know the status, or resend it, or refund me. I asked them to reply to my requests, and I have heard NOTHING back from them!!

What do I do? Did i just get screwed or what? Is there anythingI can do?? Is there some kind of better business bureau for this kind of thing so they don't do this to someone else?!!

I am VERY leary now of ordering any more products from the net!!

Any advice would be appreciated!

FIrst, they and see if they have a phone number to contact them. If not then how did you pay Credit card (call and dispute the charge), paypal (call and dispute the charge) or bank card (call and dispute the charge). Hopefully this should help, but also contact the BBB and report them so this does not happen to someone else.

Find out where their physical address is, then file a complaint with the Attorney General of that state. Checking their website, they seem to be out of New York, so go to:
http://www.oag.state.ny.us/complaints/complaints.html
and read the instructions.

You may also contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. Their website is: www.bbb.org
You may need to file through the BBB for New York state.

Usually on sites, they have a contact us section where you can email or call...if not then you can contact a local news station, and ask if theyd be willing to help...once the online company knows the news is involved, you may even get more than that one shirt! You never know. Good luck!

Yes. Report them to the better business bureau. Go to bbb.org. Did your order with paypal? If so, you can contact them and the money will be refunded.

The best thing to do is call them and get someone on the line who you can hold accountable. They will probably resend the product unless you demand a refund. Emailing will not hold up if you have to bring any legal action..

Call you Credit card issuing bank and explain them.. what happened.. and place a chargeback

you can call your credit card company to try to get your money back.

if you used credit card call the compnay and tell them to cancel the transaction
