You are there to earn your pay, not to surf the net. If a supervisor finds out what you are doing, you could be fired.

Note that if you do that they have every reason to fire you for using the internet for personal reasons... You could remote desktop into your computer at home and do your surfing from there... Still probably against their rules, but harder to track.
