No he says this cuz he dislikes Italians Iam sure that Capello will do a great job with the English national team as he did with Real Madrid last year

To be honest he is the first manager Real Madrid allowed to do as he wishes. He is simply manhandling all those Galacticos and looking out for the club. Real has had at some point a collection of the best players in the world hands down, yet had losing seasons back to back and missed on global championships.
He is right to promote players via merit and not fame. Beckham, and now Ronaldo are past their glory age, as much as they are still young enough to wow people, they are also a big financial burden and not consistent anymore. New faster and skilled players have emerged in his team and they will need to rebuild for the future.
He's proven his worth in the Italian Liga, give him a chance in Spain.

I don't like him for Real. Not because he is offloading players, it had to happen within the next year or two anyway, but for the arrogant and disrespectful manner in which he has gone about it and the fact he plays favoritism. Real will need to put the leash back on him some time soon. They may be financially OK but support through the gates from fans is needed and he is alienating more than his fair share of them. I wouldn't be unhappy to see someone else at the helm of the club.
