You can go to www.yellowbook.com and look up businesses, people, and phone listings for free.
You can look up people by their first and last name and either a state, city and state, or city/state/zip.
If you have a phone #, you can use the Reverse Phone Lookup option and find out who it is registered to and what their address is (provided it's not a cell phone).
