No. It's possible. The Moors once had total control of Spain and occupied it for some time, to the point where a lot of Spanish contains Arabic loan words. It's only logical that they intermixed and as time passed some Spanish headed towards Mexico.

But I would doubt there'd be any Mexicans that only had Spanish/Moorish blood at this point in history.

But it's very possible that moorish blood still exists in Mexico, just like Irish blood does as well.
