Im trying to delete the used space on my computer.I tryed taking out programs,but when i do it takes more space from me.How do I clear the used space.Im new at using a computer and its more trial and error for me.

Also run the disk cleanup utility found in the system tools folder under accessories in the start menu

I always like to do a search for the large files and see what they are. If you go into Explorer and do a search there is an option for file size. Try setting it to look for files that are bigger than say 30000 KB. Just be very careful to delete only the files that you know what they are.

After you delete files, make sure you empty the recycle bin. If you don't, the files are not really gone.
