I don't think he goes to Oakland as I suspect the Raiders will draft a QB. Same thing in Detroit.
As for the rest...Packers might be a good fit with Favre retiring. Eagles, if they cannot resign Garcia, would want a quality back up for when McNabb goes down again (and he will). Bears might be interested after some of the ducks that Grossman has thrown up. I'm still not convinced that Losman is the answer in Buffalo, either, so there's another possibility.
One that intrigues me, though, would be to send him to Houston. Reunite with Kubiak there who was the offensive coordinator in Denver when Plummer was having his best season. This is no rumor or anything...just imagining it would be a logical fit.
