To get it in your head you can cry without them just as easy as you can cry with them tears are tears and one day you will finally say Hey I am over this and move on!!! Oh by the way one of the easiest ways to get over some one is to find some one else to spend time with even if you are not in love with them an evening out is good , the voice of experience speaks, good luck to you

Get back out into the dating scene thats what i did and now i've been with my new b/f almost a year you can start spending time with the people you may have neglected while being with the ex just forget about him and try to worry about the things that mean the most to you in your life like family freinds and work....

Fill your mind and daily activities with your friends, your church (if applicable), and your work.
I have been divorced, and the first 4 months were the hardest for me. Once I finally decided to move on (and deny him a reconciliation) I was the happiest girl in the world, and could move forward.
Other than that - you're leaving yourself in the past. The past is over and done with. You can't change it.
