well ladies today is day 10 without having a period. Ive spotted around the time of my period , but was only when i wiped, pinkish slime.(i know TMI sorry). the ovulation calender at http://mymonthly cycle.com says that i am 10 days late and that i am due for ovulation TODAY through the 24th. My period was supose to be this month on the 9th. i am not on birth conctrol, im 28 yrs old and wanting to have a child.i went to hosptial to get blood test the other day and it was a 12.2. and the nurse said well ur not preg as of now, unless ur like a week preg. any suggestions, did i have a missacrriage from the sopttin or implantation bleeding? or not far long enough to show up yet?

Any number over 10 is borderline. I got a borderline result once. I went back in 2 days and got a positive. I think you are just not far enough yet. Go get another one in a couple days. Then celebrate. Good luck

Give it another week and go and get another blood test. Blood test can pick up pregnancy from 2 weeks as far as I know. A home test can pick up from 3 days before a missed period.
Most home tests are very accurate.

I think you may be pregnant just ovulated later than what you were thinking!! as the other lady said, your numbers are consider boderline, so I will wait a little longer and do another test, and see what it says then!!!

Are you just getting over a cold? Is possible you just are having cycle problems due to fatigue, stress, and/or infection. you may not have ovulated last month at all, just on fluke. If you had a bloodtest and it came up negative the chances are slim that you are pregnant.

My advice. Buy a double box of pregnancy tests. I always buy two just in case I need to repeat a test. Or make a appt with your Dr. so he can do a HCG blood pregnancy test. Good Luck!

you are probably pregnant, just to early to show up. It wasn't a miscarriage, I have had 2 and when you miscarry you pour the blood not spot, I bled for 6 weeks after each miscarriage too... So more than likely your pregnant.......I spotted with my two girls also, and they are beautiful and healthy today
