My husbands ex-wife spends all of her time trying to make us miserable (mainly me). She is obsessed with breaking us up. I can't take it anymore. I want to get her back and would do anything just to get at her, except go to jail. She has broken into my house, got into my personal accounts and threatened to call the abuse line on my children. She is a nut case and I can't take it anymore.

sounds like someone needs to have something to occupy thier time. I right now would call the IRS and would report her saying you have reason to believe she has been cheating on her taxes and they have to now take action and she will be audited.

I have to admit that when i first got divorced it was hard but the first time i seen my ex with a new girlfriend i to went a little nuts and did things I'm not very proud of but i was very hurt and not thinking very clear so give her some time to get over the pain and she will just go away. IF things get worse call the police and put a restraining order against her.

in my own defense i never touched anyone personal accounts

1. Go to the police with a list of your complaints, when they happened and what she did. Fill out a complaint form and get a copy of it.

2. Send her a registered, return-receipt letter to her explaining what you did. Keep a copy of the letter and the return receipt. Include a copy of your complaint to the police in the letter. Inform her in the letter that you are laying the groundwork for a criminal and/or civil suit against her if her harassment does not stop immediately.

3. Be sure to follow through if she does anything again... and get a good attorney. This is all legal. You must protect yourself and your children...stress this to the police. Make certain they understand that her bad behavior is escalating and you do feel nervous for your safety and your children's safety.

4. MOST IMPORTANTLY: You are not dealing with a sane person and trying any other type of "revenge" very likely will have dangerous results.

Good luck, hon.

Breaking into your home, crime, into your accounts, crime, report her and get restraining order on her. You should have been reporting ever thing and make a log in a book,
Do not take calls from her
call the police and talk to a lawyer
make sure your husband is behind you 100%
He may like the attention she is giving him in wanting him back

I see a lot of these people thing you should be the bigger person here. I say B@LLSHIT.

Sign her up for things like magazines, gym memberships, porno mags addressed to her work place, sign her up on sex sites and advertise her phone number, email addy etc.Go to the auto parts store and purchase a little valve stem tool that allows you to remove the stem core so the air will drain out of her tires.Call her from a pay phone at 2 in the morning.
I should probably stop now, whatever you do just make sure you do not leave a trail back to your self and always play dumb.

The best revenge is living well. But concerning your problem: why are you fighting this battle alone? What is your husband doing about the situation? Has he even spoken to her about this? If you have proof of her breaking into your house and such, why haven't you had her prosecuted? Since neither you nor your husband have done anything to stop this woman, it's not clear who the nutcase is.

Revenge is not the answer. I really feel for you because I have been though what you are dealing withnow. Report her to the police for harassment and try for a restraining order. Also try keeping a record or all the incidents and be-careful She is a psychopath.

Get a restraining order. Get it on record. Have you ever heard of Betty Broderick? She was convicted of killing her X and his new wife. She also had bizarre behaviors. Protecting yourself and your family which includes her X will be the best revenge.

It is time for you to contact the LAW and let them take care of this, after all you want her in jail not you. You have your FAMILY to think and it would show your children what to do if they are confronted with this type of problem if they are old enough to understand this stuff.

NEVER NEVER EVER let her know she is getting to you. THAT'S WHAT SHE WANTS. Keep a smile on your face (no matter how it hurts) it will drive her crazy. GOOD LUCK. As for the braking into your house and the other stuff report her to the local POLICE and let them deal with her. The LAW is on YOUR SIDE.
