Pressure and volume are two independent parameters. You can have 3bar pump that will supply water through a straw. It will have enough pressure to squirt the water 30 feet but the flow rate could only be one quart per minute (gallons per minute, GPM is the industry standard for fluid delivery rate at rated pressure). Not very good for taking a shower. I would look for a pump that will deliver about 2-4 GPM. It's better to go a little higher since you can use your shower valve to reduce the flow.
