Article 1 Section 9 of the constitution protects us from taxation of our income.
The government has been hiding from answering the masses questioning the validity of the 16th Amendment.
At some point a "people's" organization offered a $50,000 prize to anyone who could "prove" the governments legal right to tax our incomes ....no one has been able to ....even people who were former IRS agents!
I think this is one of the top three issues any person thinking of running for President should be made to address.
I ...personally am tired of the government putting their dirty, filthy, mitts in my pocket!!
Opinions?

Federal taxation on wages is ILLEGAL, so too is the Federal Reserve Scam, I mean System.

America Freedom to Fascism
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-4312730277175242198&q=freedom+to+fascism

This has been going on for 100 years. JFK passed a law, which is still on the books and still applies, in which the government (rather than the Fed Reserve) would begin circulating new money backed by silver. JFK was killed before he could impliment this new law (how convininet!!)

In the past decade or so, "our" government has been selling off its silver reserves in exchange for the worthless fiat money we call the dollar. I'm sure the same people who own the illegal and PRIVATE Federal Reserve banks which print our worthless money are the ones who have been buying the bulk of OUR silver. I'm also sure that if we were ever audit of OUR gold and silver rserves, we would find literaly tons of it missing.

America is broke as hell and living on credit thanks to the thieves of the Federal Reserve and our greedy spinless "representatives".

so to answer your question. no.

The federal income tax is not unconstitutional, and there is a specific statute that requires you to pay it. Here is a link to a Revenue Ruling with numerous court citations on point. The second link is to an IRS page that covers many other frivolous arguments against the legality of the income tax. You may not like the income tax, and you are entitled to argue that it is not a good policy, but it is legal. The video you watched is just bunk.

Logically why would anyone want the FEDS to zap any of your earning, Knowing they print the money, Congress has THE ultimate control of the amount being printed, Earmarks,Seed money distribution & Distribution to the private Federal reserve banking system. If they want or need money for any reason IT GETS PRINTED! The real problem does not lye in taxes It is in the Rule & control of Money that Congress has. The legal majority of citizens should have ultimate rule & control of money making Business & government the slaves to be exploited or get fired etc.

You're right, but unless everyone stands up and is counted, the government can do whatever it wants, whenever it wants, however it wants. Obviously, the Constitution has meant nothing to Congress and our President for quite some time. How about if we get millions of American Citizens to fire our elected/appointed officials for failure to uphold the laws of the land and their oaths of office? Send them pink slips. Maybe a big wave of millions of pink slips protesting the abuse of income tax laws could be accomplished by April 15th?

We're never going to get rid of income tax. It's here to say. The best thing we can do is demand the Fair Tax to replace it. That way you're only taxed when you want to buy something. Save your money, live tax free.

There is a rebate for all "essential" purchases like food and clothing. EVERYONE will get a check every month to reimburse them for taxes paid on essential items.

It's not only the fairest tax structure ever thought of, but it forces all illegal income (drugs, prostitution, etc.) to be taxed as well.

It may not be legitimate but it is enforced and that is all that matters. I hope we will repeal the 16th amendment but it isn't happening anytime soon.
