I am not exactly sure what you are meaning but if that child is an introvert in the first place...given the opportunity to be raised like that...they would only excel...where as if there were lots of other children around it would quash who they are.

There are people in this world and I am one of them and our nervous systems are completely different from the majority of people and we can be seen as not normal because we have no need for having other people around...in fact in can make some of us very sick and some of can learn to deal wi th it but still have to have our time alone othereiwse we loose our minds......so for the 30-35% of the population who is like this they would be in their ideal place....it would be the other 65-70% of the extraverts that I would worry about...but as an introvert the rest of the world is built towards the extraverted personality...it's about time that us introverts got a bit more of a fair shake

What do you consider a normal one?

If you are saying China is isolationist, you are partly true. It used to be. But now it is no longer isolationist. It used to be very guarded about internal affairs, and it still is. However, this doesn't mean China is introverted. It is now all over the world, and expanding it's means very aggressively.

The positive changes in the future for China is that it will become a recognized super-power, with a robust economy, political clout, and a sizable military that can protect it's interests globally. The middle class is growing with the wealth created by the robust growth of the economy. When the middle class grows in size and power, it can change the chinese political alignment from communist to a possible capitalistic republic.

On the negative side, China has a rapidly growing population, and it will have to provide services for it's growing population, which it may be unable to keep up. China is also consuming natural resources rapidly, and it's industries are not environmentally sustainable. There will be many problems of pollution and accidents that could harm it's population and it's neighboring countries and the world. If China cannot appease it's growing middle class, it will possibly go through a violent social revolution, which may be destructive to growth. China can also become a threat to other countries such as Taiwan, and indirectly or directly to the United States, and to countries such as Russia, if it's power is unchecked. This (China) is one country that cannot be ignored.
