That's not exactly what she did. All she wanted was a wedding date. Luke was kinda in the wrong too. I'm not sure whose side to be on. I think Lorelai just wanted to be married and it didn't really matter to who - obviously since she married Christopher.

absolutely not. shes going to marry a man who wont even let her talk to his child? hes selfish and she absolutely made the right choice
