It was really good. The one scene with this dad near the end with the dad and his daughter at the house made me gasp and almost cry.
If you've seen the movie then you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't I am being vague so as not to ruin it for you.

First off, Orlando Bloom isnt even in that movie... but it is one of the best films ever made and I think every highschool should show it to their students...

There point of the movie is huge and obvious... its all about how EVERYONE judges and EVERYONE is racist because of socially accepted values, that its not just white people who are mean to black people, or middle eastern people getting picked on... its supposed to make you realize we are ALL HUMANS THE SAME SPECIES and when you judge someone on their race or class it can F**K $hit UP! And when you let other people influence your thoughts and judgements on someone b/c of their race it just causes more problems...We need to recognize we all deal with the drama and we all have problems, and we are ultimately the same, and that racism is a universal problem that people continue to let occur...

You are thinking about "Haven" which did not have an overall moral, but instead showed a certain period in many characters' lives that led to intense outcomes, due to the fact that people are imperfect and sometimes *choose* to do wrong.

Crash was about how everyone makes judgements on everyone else, and that racism does exist but most people have their own form of racism. Looking at this movie as a whole, you can see how stupid racism really is, but the characters themselves are stuck looking only on their own microcosm, in which is harder to see the greater picture/evil/good.

It is kind of confusing the first time you see it.
It's basically about the prejudices that everyone has, and the stereotypes that are so prevalent in America.
After I watched it, it made me think about how people make snap-judgements about others, without really knowing what their lives are like. Everyone has struggles, and realizing that will help you make sense of why people act the way they do.

Crash was mildly entertaining but it is one of the worst choices ever for the academy award for best film, with the possible exceptions of The Greatest Show on Earth and Shakespeare in Love.

That is exactly what it is about... and how that one accident ties in so many people that under normal circumstances, their paths would never have crossed. It of course touches on the racism thing (which is tired).. but Crash is a great movie...

its about racism, and how stupid it is, because its only skin, about stereotyping( Ryan Phillipe is guilty of this in the movie) and how NOBODY in the world truely understands anyone else!!!!

I don't remember seeing Orlando Bloom, but I could be wrong!
