Black. Black looks good on anyone, with any skin tones. If you go for trendy colors, what's in today, won't be in six months. Invest in a quality tux with quality accessories, and you'll be better off in the long run. You can change shirt styles or even colors for something different. You can change tie and cummerbund colors for a different look as well. Make sure you get great shoes to go with it...black too.
If you want a different look, then buy a dinner jacket (lots of colors & styles available) that can give the entire outfit a different look for different types of events.

Please, for the love of all things good, purchase a plain black tux. It honestly does not matter what color your skin is. It is so classy and timeless, you will be glad you did. Don't make a mistake and buy a funky colored tuxedo because when you look back at the pictures, you will wish you hadn't.

Beige and navy will look awsome -- and for a hotter look try the navy with a rich red tie, it's awsome.
Don't do white, you'll look too dark and fake. You could also do a plaid dark-pale brown top with rich brown pants.

you should go with the classic black tux, but you might try a brighter color tie combo like pastels.
