I have a Toshiba Laptop and have no problem entering CS's - just insert and bam it begins downloading. My friend has a Dell and when she puts in the CD all it does is begin to play the sound track. We can't figure out how to get it to download. HELP!

Why is your computer downlading? Are you two putting in the same kind of CD's in? It sounds like one is putting data CD while the other an audio CD.
