If you are working when your favorite team is playing, make sure you need to go to the electronics department a lot that night and check out the game!!! Also, you're the manager, put a tv in the break room. You make the rules. Allow your employees to watch their favorite game or show and then you'll be able to also. Make it fun to work for you and encourage the employees to wear their favorite sports team shirts and colors. Have a "football" pitch in and make football a big deal. Everyone will know you love football and won't make a big deal when they see you sneeking a peek at the big game!!!
