Try joining Amnesty International, then you will get regular info about unlawful imprisonments as well as arrests. The only trouble with it is that it can make you very distressed about the terrible injustices, suffering and tortures people are having to endure today. But by becoming a member you are adding your voice and can also give lots of practical help to try to put a stop to these abuses.They have also had some great successes.
