never ever release a bank card or account number to anyone and theres no free lotto anywhere in the known universe at all its a scam also they ask for payment to release the winnings as taxes thats a scam dont do it unless you have someone in the country or a dedicated seller of those tickets and all you purchsed was a ticket then you are not in a lottery the folkes that steal this way use the irish sweepstakes also and any one of a host of national lotteries but if you didnt buy the ticket its a scam ask you local paper and the police or sheriffs office about this scam artist sometimes the e-mail or papers can mean jail time for this con in his country OK nough said

State sanctioned lotto's were created to raise money. A free lotto could send your info to other 3rd parties to get you to buy into something. You will then get a ton of junk mail. You may even have your credit run, which lowers your credit score. A small possibility, but unlikely, a case of identity theft.. I wouldn't..

Close the card out NOW! You are probably minutes away from being seriously in debt. Don't ever give out such personal information for stuff like that!
